We thought the service from Vivant was bad. This company has better service and their help is reliable. Changing from Vivant was a challenge because of the different technology but it was worth the change. We encourage you to give this company a chance. You will get not get immediate help on some things but help within less than 24 hours on critical issues. We had to scrap all of the Vivant equipment, which is not unusual in this industry. We like the change and we think you will also.

i called bluguard and the owner, Erick, promptly showed up to my house and gave me an assessment. his team installed my system asap due to my travel needs. the latter was awesome of Erick to install my system on new years day so I could have my security up and running before I traveled. the system is working flawlessly and he's always available to answer my questions. i'm very happy with their system, the seemingly always perfect access to the web and cell app access to see my home remotely and the quality of the recordings and reliability.

Eric provided excellent customer service. He answered all questions and went above and beyond to ensure updates happened.

I had a rather unusual request for Bluguard. I had some troubleshooting of in wall and underground lv cabling. I was kind of at a loss as to who to hire for the job. But I thought I'd try Bluguard and if they could help me find and fix this problem I'd know that they're the security alarm company that I'd like to upgrade and refresh my existing security system that needs it. Bluguard sent Trevor to my home to trobleshoot for me the cabling. Trevor did a great job and solved the issue I had very quickly. Bluguard charged me our pre agreed hourly rate for Trevor's service. And I'm very pleased with it all. So much so I now know I will use Bluguard for my security renewal

Not only do I have a very state of the art home security system thanks to BluGuard, I am also provided with the most excellent customer service imaginable! Any question/problem is always addressed so quickly and Eric and his team never make you feel like a burden. They go the extra mile! I absolutely love this company and give them 10 stars!

I recently purchased a pannel with a camera 2 indoor cams ,1 outdoor cam , a Doorbell cam , and a smart Lock along with 3 SD cards . Outstanding service I must say Bluguard is awesome I like all the features and services you get with the system most of all Jordon and Trevor are very friendly and professional Im so thankful for all the help and support they have provided . Jordon is very good about contacting you if you call them I recommend Bluguard the monthly service fee is not bad we did not finance the system so our monthly service fee is just the monitoring service we are happy and content with our new system Thanks Guys I can speak to my dogs through the cameras 🤭!!!!!

BluGuard is outstanding in every respect! Trevor just completed a complex and unusual security system for us and he was amazing, from start to finish! He was so respectful, informed and patient with multiple changes to my security needs. The Office Manager, Kim, is also very efficient and kind as well. Just love this company honestly!

I have been a customer of blueguard for 5 months. Not only did they install my camera system with little trouble, but as well continue to excel with the few technical issues that I have had.
